Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "j888" refers to the licensed gaming operator that owns, operates, and maintains the j888 platform, including its website at j888.lol, all associated mobile interfaces, gaming software, and customer support services.
• "Platform" means the j888 website, any associated web applications, and all gaming software accessible through the j888 domain and associated subdomains.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a j888 account or who accesses any part of the j888 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on j888, through which the Player accesses all gaming, wagering, payment, and support services.
• "PKR Balance" or "Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's j888 account, representing funds deposited, winnings credited, and bonuses allocated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin equivalents, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real money.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, cryptocurrency, or any other accepted payment method, which are withdrawable subject to identity verification and these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process j888 is required to conduct under its international gaming license obligations.

References to "these Terms" include all policies referenced herein, including but not limited to j888's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the more specific provision shall prevail.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to j888's services is restricted and subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements. By registering a j888 account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are the sole and exclusive owner of the payment methods you link to your j888 account. Depositing funds sourced from payment methods not registered in your name is prohibited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one j888 account only. Maintaining, or attempting to maintain, more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or any other identifying information — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. j888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with them.

Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your j888 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. j888 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request purporting to come from j888 that asks for your full login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to j888 support immediately.

You agree to notify j888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any suspected breach of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity within your account history. j888 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login details.

j888 is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to your registered home address in Pakistan.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method linked to your j888 account — a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screenshot, or bank statement confirming the account holder's name matches the j888 registered name.

j888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account pending the outcome of identity verification. Verified accounts enjoy unrestricted access to all withdrawal services. j888 commits to completing KYC reviews within three to five business days of receiving all required documentation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

j888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified payment methods. All transactions on j888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits are credited to your j888 PKR balance upon confirmed receipt. j888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. j888 bears no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed by j888's finance team during business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day, except for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals which are processed continuously. j888 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or for compliance review purposes.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

j888 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Pakistani players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All bonus offers are governed by these general Terms in addition to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on j888 unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds in your j888 wallet and are clearly labelled. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount of eligible betting turnover required. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 10,000 bonus requires Rs 300,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each game are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time window stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.

Any attempt to abuse j888's bonus system — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, structuring deposits and withdrawals specifically to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — constitutes bonus fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

Each game available on j888 — including slots, live casino tables, RNG table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own specific rules. These game rules are displayed within the game interface and/or on the relevant game information page. By playing any game on j888, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, j888 will endeavour to settle the affected round based on available server records. j888's decision regarding the settlement of any game round affected by a technical issue is final. j888 reserves the right to void any game round in which a clear software error has produced an erroneous result.

For sports betting on j888, including PSL cricket markets, T20 internationals, and all other sports, the following conditions apply:

• All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board and the International Cricket Council.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at j888's discretion during live events. Bets placed before a suspension are generally settled based on the applicable result; however, j888 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds due to data feed errors.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed within the relevant market. j888 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or payout amounts for any player at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j888 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, with permanent termination, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action as outcomes depending on severity:

• Registering more than one j888 account, or registering under a false name, false date of birth, or any other false identifying information.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. j888 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or malfunction in j888's gaming software for financial gain. Winnings derived from known software errors may be voided and the relevant balance adjusted.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with j888's platform in place of a real human user.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage. j888 monitors gameplay patterns for collusion indicators and will terminate accounts where collusion is detected.
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks through your payment provider — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank — after funds have been credited to your j888 account and used for wagering.
• Abusing j888's customer support services through harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at support staff.
• Any attempt to interfere with j888's technology infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, hacking attempts, or unauthorized access to server systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the j888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game software, game artwork, interface design, logos, brand names, promotional materials, and underlying code — is the proprietary intellectual property of j888 or its licensed suppliers and game developers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use j888's Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any of the following:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any j888 content without prior written authorisation from j888.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from j888's software or game engines.
• Using j888's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

j888's Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" basis. While j888 uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous availability, j888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, telecommunications outages, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j888's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or connected to the use of j888's services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim. j888 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress.

Responsible Gaming

j888 is fully committed to responsible gaming and operates a comprehensive responsible gaming programme as required under its international gaming license. j888 believes that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment for Pakistani adults aged 21 and above — never a source of financial distress or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all j888 account holders and can be accessed from the Account Settings section after j888 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds across any time period. Once your loss limit is reached, j888 will prevent further wagering until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. j888 will display a warning when your session limit approaches and will log you out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your j888 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cooling-off period, access to all gaming features is blocked, but withdrawals of existing balances remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from j888. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. j888 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure your account cannot be re-opened during the exclusion period.

Termination & Suspension

j888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information, including false age declaration.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity.
• Regulatory or legal obligation — j888 may be required by its licensing authority or applicable law to close certain accounts.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months — dormant accounts may be closed with prior written notice to the registered contact.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, j888 reserves the right to void all bonus balances, pending promotions, and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real money deposits made during a terminated account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and j888 will endeavour to return verified real money deposits where no fraud or breach has been established.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their j888 account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closures are processed within two business days. Any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method before closure is finalised.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j888 holds its international gaming license. By registering a j888 account, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority for the purposes of any dispute arising from or connected to your use of j888's services.

In the event of a dispute between you and j888, the following resolution process applies:

All disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised within fourteen days of the relevant game round. j888 maintains complete server-side game logs and will review the records of any disputed round thoroughly. j888's determination regarding game outcome disputes, made in good faith and with reference to server logs, is final.

Amendments to These Terms

j888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to all registered players via their registered email address or Pakistani mobile number at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by j888's licensing authority or applicable law.

The most current version of these Terms is always published on this page at j888.lol/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into effect. By continuing to use j888's services after any amendment has been published, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment made to these Terms, you must cease using j888's services and contact j888 support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining real money balance before the amended Terms take effect.
